Badge Pick-up

Badge pick-up will take place in our registration area starting at 9:00 AM EST on January 27th, 2024. You must present a valid photo ID with your badge-registered name in order to claim your badge. Minors do not need to present a valid photo ID, but their Supervising Guardians (must be 18+) do and must be present when picking up their badge.

• If you need accommodations, such as sign-language interpreting services, please reach out to our email for further guidance.

• Cosplay SnowFest 2024 has an attendance cap of 800 attendees.

• At-door badge sales are not guarantied to occur, so please pre-register if you want to attend Cosplay SnowFest 2024. 

• Anyone who is under 18 years of age by January 27, 2024 must purchase a "Minor Attendee" badge and must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older with their own "General Attendee" badge (not a Vendor or Artist) during the entirety of the convention. No exceptions.

• There are no minor waivers at this time. 

• The name registered to a badge must match both the attendee's current legal name and the name present on the attendee's photo ID due to RIT policy.

• If you undergo a legal name change after registration, but before the convention date, please email us as soon as possible.

• If you made any errors on your badge registration, please email us as soon as possible.

• Attendees may buy badges for others, but the information registered to that badge must match the other attendee's information.

• Please only register with either your RIT CampusGroups account or an email you have regular access to.

• Current RIT students may register their badge to the name that matches their RIT ID.

• Names will not be printed on badges, but there is a space to write your name or handle.

• Badge transfers are not allowed due to limitations of our registration system.

• Refunds are not possible due to limitations of our registration system.

• There is no group registration or group discount.

• Attendees may only pick-up badges for others if they can provide written and physical proof of identity and permission from the badge owner.

• Badge sales for Cosplay SnowFest 2024 will only occur through the provided RIT CampusGroups store and will not occur through any third party reseller. 

Cosplay SnowFest’s policies regarding COVID-19 are beholden to the policies set by RIT and may change at RIT’s discretion. At this current moment, vaccinations and masks are not required to attend Cosplay SnowFest. For the latest information, please refer to RIT’s COVID-19 safety policies at this website. Any attendees who feel unwell or are sick should take necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of themselves and others.
