Torra Zwei Cosplay has been cosplaying for 16 years now, she has done a bit of everything in cosplay: sewing, armor, props, wig styling, and cosplay chess! Connecticut based creators Jordan (the writer, they/them) and Beck (the artist, they/them) have been best friends and creative partners together for 20 years. They started Magical Boy Basil out of a shared love for comics, a need for more queer stories for young folks (and the young at heart), and- of course- Magical boys!
My name is Michelle but I am known as Chelly, Chellypup or Panic. I have been cosplaying for 10+ years. I fell in love with the world of anime in 2012 when I attended my first convention. Since then I have focused on enhancing my skills. I have built various props over the years from Keyblades to wings. I have also taught myself to modify existing items in order to become cosplays.
Aside from building I have hosted a variety of panels over the years, participated in interviews, and done numerous photo shoots.
I do have formal modeling and acting training, and I was an instructor for these skills in the past. I am also a trained vocalist
I am also a LARPer and have judged Arts and Science competitions including sewing, armor, chainmail, jewelry, performances and other items.
